How do I place an order?
1. Find what you like and add it to your cart.
2. Proceed with the checkout and enter your shipping information.

4. Once your payment has been sent you will receive confirmation shortly after that your payment has been accepted and your order will be on its way to you within 24 hours! We will e-mail you a tracking number so you can track it online.
5. All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Delivery times are 2-7 business days, depending on location.
6. Orders placed before 2:00pm pacific time including E-transfer received will be shipped out the same day, orders/E-Transfers received after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day.
How is my order packaged?
We use discreet, generic, prepaid envelopes and boxes when necessary. We also vacuum seal products that have strong odors.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are $13 for all orders under $150 and free shipping for any orders $150.00- and above.
Hirish Times ships all orders by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You will receive your order in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed in our warehouse same day or next day after your payment has been received and deposited into our account. Once your package has left our facility, shipping times vary depending on which day it is shipped. (Ex. Friday) To speed up processing times, we recommend placing orders early in the morning and sending your e-transfer immediately afterwords, ensuring your order number is included in the notes of your transfer.
What happens if my package does not arrive?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge.
We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
What happens if I don't submit payment?
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
